I am currently on trip: 3427B59179490703N2. The return trip from NYC to DC Penn station. The bus drivers would not turn on or provide Wi-Fi information then the second bus driver proceeded to yell over PA system for and make weird noises that would lead someone to believe they were mentally unstable for 5 minutes straight. I kindly asked the man to stop and he just ignored me and kept doing it, while the other passengers were trying to sleep such as my partner. This will be the last time I ever get on a bus with this company. Also no toilet paper, and I cleaned bathroom upon entering (see images). Self-loaded my carry-ons. Seats were wet and not clean. Bus drivers drive wildly so you can’t get anything done. Not worth the money.

Mensonge sur le bus.
Pris pour le trajet Washington New York le 31 janvier a 1h. Le bus arrive avec 15 min de retards. Le bus affiche gu ter comme nom et dedans c'est le grand mensonge aucune place supplémentaire et pas plus de confort que dans n'importe quelle autre compagnie de bus. Led genoux coller au siège d'en face. Le Wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout pour un usage privé par exemple youtube ou twitch.
Prenez Megabus au moins vous savez ce que vous aurez et vous le paierez moins chère.
Donc les fameuses promesse du prospectus je les attends toujours.

My experience on the Washington Deluxe was excellent-(I was unsure of this bus line-I had not heard of it before) the driver was professional and left on time. He drove fast (but not too fast to be unsafe) and the bus seemed new or fairly new and for a coach bus the seats were fairly comfortable, the bathroom was fully stocked with toilet paper, hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes (this is not always the case with some bus lines). We arrived 30 minutes early on New Years Day and the bus stopped about 5 blocks from Times Square and a few blocks from Penn Station. If I travel from DC to NYC I will probably use this bus line again.

Generally a good experience. However, on the way back on 6-19-23 departing New York at 5:30PM we were not permitted to exit the bus for a bathroom break. I understand that there is a bathroom on board. However, on the way there, there was a stop for 15 minutes on my previous bus Friday. There was a bus driver switch in MD and it took about 15 minutes! During this time both drivers refused to let people off the bus to use the bathroom. I felt really bad and uncomfortable with this one lady who requested to run to the bathroom and she seemed very uncomfortable and there was someone in the bathroom for an extended time. Although she was basically begging to use the bathroom he kept saying no and eventually kept quiet and just closed the door on her as an answer even though she was clearly
Distressed. I can’t believe two bus drivers in a row denied allowing us a 10-15 minute break for people to use the Facilties off the bus. My trip up was amazing and again the person offered a 15 minute break. The way down from NYC to DC both drivers were rude and non-empathetic in this regard. He later let us know there were rules and that he would have got in trouble if we allowed us to get off. I appreciate him informing the bus group of that. In that case something needs to change with the higher ups or something. Maybe this complaint on behalf of management might go unheard but I would have recommended and taken this line again. Sadly due to this experience I will not be returning or referring anyone.

The company misrepresented service to its passengers, on August 31 subcontracted transport of its service from DC to NY to a different provider in MD without letting anyone know. Passengers were picked up in usual spot in DC at a different time than scheduled. but then transferred to Bethesda, MD and there more people were loaded. From there we set our to Ny. This added one hour to the trip and led us to leave in peak traffic time on labor day weekend. On top of that the bus driver was inexperienced and made a stop in a rest station for 35 minutes. The bus had no toilet unlike advertised, which made stop needed. The trip lasted more than 7 hours!!! No apologies or explanations offered. Hostage of a company that will deceive you at ease and no regrets
