Aceptaron nuestro pago para un servicio y nunca fueron a recogernos, al llamar no contestaban y estuvimos una hora esperando. Tuvimos que pedir un Uber sino no llegábamos al aeropuerto. Pésimo servicio.

Pésimo servicio llame un taxi y nunca llegó llame 3 veces pero nada despues de esperar 40 minutos llame a otra compañía (uber) que coraje con Júpiter no lo recomiendo!!!

Some of the drivers here are amazing. Other meh!!!!! But the service of the Base. Well that’s what SUCKS!!!!!! Used this service for my brother’s dialysis. Which is difficult because it is all knew to us. Well was with Jupiter for a year and BOOM, out of the blue THEY DROPPED MY BROTHER AS A CLIENT. DIDN’T have the balls to call and say they don’t want to pic him up. Their excuse was my brother is always late to get outside and in the car. HELLO!!!!! Blind and in a wheelchair and other health issues. Some days it Is harder than others for him to get moving. BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT MY BROTHER HAD A STANDING PICK UP TIME OF 10AM. 95% of the drivers showed up at 10:15 to 10:45. You call the base and they talk lies that the driver was near by. So in the end, my opinion. Jupiter Car Service.

Driver was a no show for my return trip to JFK Airport. Had to take Lyft. Booked thru 3rd party vendor. Have not been able to get refund. Paid in full for round trip. Only received service 1 way.

I found Jupiter several years ago, and they were great. I just used them again from and to the airport, and they were even better. When you book, they ask for your flight number in case of delays. They send confirmation reminders if you book far in advance. After you arrive, the main phone number identifies you by your phone number and connects you to your driver. On my return ride, they were able to change my pick up time without issue. The drivers were on time and very friendly. And it's an affordable fixed price (vs. many other services and Uber). I will definitely use them again.

I called a car to the air port, the trunk of the car was full and had no place for by packages and I needed to site with my packages on my lap the hole way! I try calling the office, till I got to someone to so long, and when I finally spoke to the dissipater, he was very aggressive and mean!!!

I like Jupiter so much, I had my parents book with them when they came into town. That's the biggest vote of confidence I can give any company! The cars are always clean, the drivers are always nice and arrive on time.
