Had a great experience with Grove Street Taxi. Booked the Luxury SUV because there were 6 of us including 2 toddlers who needed car seats. So glad I did. Mohammad was a wonderful driver, very communicative and on time. Made the commute into the city very easy for us. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Prebooked a ride back from JFK. Because of construction at JFK, they couldn’t pick us up - which we only learned after waiting for an hour.

After an hour I asked to cancel the reservation so I could get a cab or uber instead, and the person I spoke with at the company (not the driver) tried to guilt me by pointing out it’s not the driver’s fault. If the company wants to profit from rides from JFK while there’s construction there, then this is a cost of business. I certainly hope they paid and didn’t punish the driver for this, because the driver presumably just did as he was told, following the company’s allocation decisions.

Called for a last minute taxi pickup with two car seats for kids of varying ages. The woman on the phone was very helpful and provided the correct style of seats and an accurate rate quote. Driver was prompt, child seats were set up perfectly, driver helped get the stroller in the trunk. I will definitely save this number for future rides! Very happy with the service.
