Greenlight hub are only to justify marketing campaigns and company's image. But do they really help? The real answer is no no no. 95% of drivers receive the standard written policy answer. It's not the service provided by the individuals but it's a company's system and direction. None of those Green light associates and any level of power to make any decision even if he sees that it's right and necessary. Why? Because this solution is not in the system. YES... That's how it works. And those who rate them 5 or even 4 stars everyone know who they are. Most drivers complains from lack of online and phone support and now there is none at all just set of standard issues with answers is like the company don't want you (drivers) to have any issue beyond these but is you do they don't care. Bottom line enough of this comedy show and let's do something for your drivers before they're all gone.

They charge you waiting time when they're watching movies with headphones on instead of reading drivers pick up notes. You can't even call to dispute a charge. Total rip off! When I signed up I didn't even get a discount. Try Lyft, they're cheaper.

Uber has been giving me the run around, it been 2month and I haven’t got paid for trips I have done for Uber eats. I have used the chat support, phone support, and even drove a hour and half to the greenlight hub. After 2 month I haven’t got my money each week the agent say the same thing regardless that all my account is correct I’ve update 5 time now. Uber still can not get me my money, they have blamed my bank for rejecting the payment, called my bank and they have no proof of Uber being rejected. So now I’m being given false info and still don’t have my money. There telling me to go back to greenlight hub which didn’t help me the first time..... someone please help I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. This is criminal and Uber is not giving me money I need to feed myself and the people in my household. Support all around gets FFF+ if it was a scale from 1-10 they would be -100. I want my money and I want it now write me a check if can’t get your faulty system to pay me. I will have nothing to do with Uber once I get my money and spread my story starting here.

First expieriance, called an hour ahead of time, my confirmed ridevwas at 7.15 am,i start work at 7.30,they never showed up and no call,7.30 i tried again, so now a new confirmed pick up was 7.40am ,now im late for work,no show no call,8am im still waiting,so i had ro call a cab,cost me 19 bucks,got to work late cost me 19 bucks to get to work and one hour of dock pay

I live in Hartford so this location is an hour and 22 minutes away. Theres no phone number it doesn't state whether or not I need an appointment before I go & the website just redirects me to the main uber page which does not help me with my question. I use to use uber eats almost daily and now I cant because I got a new phone # that apparently is already linked to an uber eats account & its asking me for that accounts email which of course I dont know. & I can't use my old account because the 4 digit code its sending is going to my old phone # which is disconnected. Can you see my issue now? I dont understand how such a big company doesn't have a customer service phone number or atleast an email where they can be reached.
