Ridelux is well worth the money guys! Both drivers we had Daniel on arrival and Jean Paul on departure were kind and courteous. Daniel was very informative and helpful. We talked like we were old friends just catching up on the goings on in NYC. I asked him about restaurants, things to see, places to go. He even told us where and what we shouldn't do after dark (ride the subway). Our arrival experience with Daniel & Ridelux set the tone for our vacation so thank you so much!!

Ridelux driver Navdeep helped my retrieve a lost item from the airport and drove through 2 hours of traffic to get me the urgent item.

It was my family’s first time in NYC and my second, so I knew the taxi rides could get nauseating quickly. My daughter complained about the first ride my husband got from the airport to our hotel, saying my son looked like he was about to vomit. They met me in NYC, and they weren’t eager to use the same service for the return trip. I remembered a friend’s recommendation about private car services and found one Ridelux. Their prices, including tip, were comparable to popular ride services when considering my usual 20% tip.

Our scheduled pickup was at 6:00 am, and the chauffeur texted me at 5:15 am, arriving early. We hurriedly finished packing up to avoid keeping her waiting and got downstairs by 5:45 am. The chauffeur was kind, helpful, and drove safely. The car was very comfortable, making it the best ride I’ve ever had in NYC or anywhere!!! The airport departure exit was closed so she had to drop us at arrivals. Even though this was not her fault, she apologized and guided us to the departure side. I would definitely use their services again!!!! It was a most pleasant experience!

I rarely write reviews. However, our terrible experience with this company and lack of follow up on their part compelled me to do so.
I used this car service once before and had a pleasant experience with a drive from NJ to Long Island. Unfortunately, I scheduled a pick at Newark at midnight for a college student to be dropped off on Long Island. I prepaid for the driver to meet my son in baggage claim - this never happened. He received a text instead. When my son got into the car and was heading away from the airport - he confirmed address for the drop off and the driver refused to take him stating that he had a different location and the company hadn't paid him. At this point it was 1 o'clock in the morning and they were driving through NYC. After I intervened and called the company - the driver took him to intended drop off location. The driver didn't speak very good English, was driving recklessly and complained about how shady the company was. The company never reimbursed me the additional fee prepaid to meet my son in the airport and never returned my call. Scary, terrible experience. I highly recommend you do not use this company.
