Just bought my supply of Lady Di's cookies. My first visit to the bakery and little shop. I've enjoyed the butter and peanut butter cookies for years. These need to be a Chicago Gem. That's how good they are.

Lady's Di has so many delicious choices of bakeries. you cannot leave there empty handed . I even found them in vendors at different locations. Always fresh and good

They are pretty good, pretty damn close to the original cook, but not spot on. But you won't be disappointed in them, they are a nice size and have a nice thickness to them, and most of all them moist and make you feel you are eating the real thing. I order a full case of butter and case of peanut butter. I think I will start ordering these for family holidays, I know they would much rather eat these cookies that cake all the time.

Have purchased and enjoyed these cookies over a decade but within the last year the taste isn't the same. What's happened to the original recipe? I'm hesitant to purchase future products. Lady Di's now DON'T measure up to the Salerno butter cookies. I'm very disappointed as I pride myself in supporting good black-owned products!. ?

I have been buying Chicago Lunchroom Butter Cookies {clbc} from Lady Di’s Bakery (via mail order) for well over five years+! Not once have I received anything less than perfect!

Golden brown, melt in your mouth deliciousness and good sized cookies too! None of those super small cookies! These cookies fit your whole palm! Made the way I like them, just a little darker around the edges! So good!

Growing up in Chicago and attending elementary school there, I know firsthand what these mouthwatering confections should taste like and hers are DELICIOUS!

Although I no longer live in Chicago, I’m grateful that she ships them to me. I’ve shared them with friends here where I live now, and I’m pretty sure she’s picked up a few new customers too!

Lady Di, I hope you continue sharing your CLBC with us for a long time, passing it to your children. May they continue to keep this
Chicago specialty around for years to come!

These cookies are a CraveSaver!!! Packed full of flavor -good proportions - inexpensive - nostalgic feeling. These are definitely the ones I used to eat as a child. Im so glad this gem is no longer hidden. Get your cookie fix here!!!!

This place is run down, building is falling apart. I tried to buy cookies but the place is in awful condition. The roof is leaking and mold is growing out the celing. Some tiles are missing. Looks unhealthy and not sanitary. I will stick to my cookies at Jewels. Not worth coming here.
